Jack is licensed in Virginia and he is a member of the Eastern Shore Bar. Jack practices in the Circuit Court, General District Court and the Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court in Accomack County and Northampton County. |
| Jack, a native of Virginia Beach, received his undergraduate degree in 2000 from VMI (Virginia Military Institute) in Lexington, VA. He graduated in 2004 from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA. |
Jack married Lynn Custis Thornton in January 2009. Lynn is a native of Virginia’s Eastern Shore where they now reside. |
